SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Information:
Delivery charges are as follows:
West Malaysia: RM7
East Malaysia: RM12
Orders preparation & courier/delivery duration:
For Klang Valley: 5 - 7 working days
For East Malaysia: 7 - 14 working days
(Working days did not include Saturday, Sunday & or public holidays)
Our delivery service - (Monday to Thursday), Thursday to Sunday orders will be delivered from next Monday onwards.
REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your order. We hope you're satisfied with your purchase. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within three working days. However, we are not liable for errors caused by environmental variables outside our control. Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
